Preparations are underway to take bulldozer action against SP leader Moeed Khan, the main accused in the Ayodhya minor rape case. Khan is also accused of illegally occupying government lands, including ponds and graveyards. Samples from his bakery have been taken, and the establishment has been sealed, with the license set to be cancelled.
Threats to Victim's Family
The victim's family has been threatened with death if they do not settle the matter. This threat was made by SP leaders, including Nagar Panchayat Bhadarsa Chairman Mohammad Rashid and Jai Singh Rana, who visited the hospital where the victim is admitted. A case has been registered against them for threatening the family.
Case Details
The incident involves the gang rape of a minor girl, who was blackmailed and raped repeatedly by the accused after an obscene video was made of her. The case came to light when the victim became two months pregnant. The victim's family alleges that initial complaints to the police were ignored, but action was taken after Hindu organizations and Nishad Party members expressed outrage. The victim's mother met CM Yogi Adityanath, who assured strict action against the accused.
